Can my child bypass/uninstall Zoobly?
Once Zoobly is set up correctly, your child won’t be able to remove or bypass the app — giving you complete peace of mind.
- On Android: Zoobly is made a Device Administrator, which prevents your child from removing the app without the Zoobly account credentials.
- On Windows: We recommend creating a standard user account for your child and keeping administrator access for yourself. This ensures that only you can uninstall or modify programs on the device.
- On iOS: The latest version of Zoobly prompts for the parent or guardian’s Apple account and password before deletion. Without this, your child cannot uninstall the app.
If you'd like to receive a notification when your child tries to uninstall Zoobly, you can enable profile deletion notifications in your Zoobly parent app.
With Zoobly, you stay in control — while your child stays protected.
