How to remove Zoobly from a child’s device?

Sometimes, you may need to temporarily remove Zoobly from a child’s device — for example, in an emergency or if something isn’t working as expected. Here’s how to do it safely.

On Android Devices

1. Before uninstalling, turn off Device Administrator permissions for Zoobly:
   • Go to Settings > Security > Device Administrators
   • Uncheck Zoobly, and provide your Zoobly account credentials to confirm and deactivate.
2. Once deactivated, press and hold Zoobly app and choose Uninstall to remove it.

On Windows Computers

Zoobly can be uninstalled like any other software via the Control Panel>>Uninstall a program.

If you run into issues, try the following:

1. Type “services” in the Start menu search bar.
2. Click the gear icon named Services to open it.
3. Locate Zoobly_Manager in the list and start or restart it.
