How to remove Zoobly from a child’s device?
Sometimes, you may need to temporarily remove Zoobly from a child’s device — for example, in an emergency or if something isn’t working as expected. Here’s how to do it safely.
On Android Devices
- Before uninstalling, turn off Device Administrator permissions for Zoobly:
- Go to Settings > Security > Device Administrators
- Uncheck Zoobly, and provide your Zoobly account credentials to confirm and deactivate.
- Once deactivated, press and hold Zoobly app and choose Uninstall to remove it.
On Windows Computers
Zoobly can be uninstalled like any other software via the Control Panel>>Uninstall a program.
If you run into issues, try the following:
- Type “services” in the Start menu search bar.
- Click the gear icon named Services to open it.
- Locate Zoobly_Manager in the list and start or restart it.
This ensures Zoobly is safely removed and ready to be reinstalled if needed.
