How to reset Mobicip on a Windows computer?

If you’re logged in as the device administrator, you can uninstall Zoobly just like any other program on the computer.

1. Go to Control Panel >  Programs > Uninstall a program.
2. Find Zoobly in the list.
3. Right-click Zoobly and select Uninstall.
4. Enter the administrator password to confirm.

If Zoobly doesn't uninstall

If the uninstall doesn’t go through, try the steps below and then attempt the uninstall again:

1. Type “services” in the Start menu search bar.
2. Click the Services app (gear icon) to open it.
3. Look for Zoobly_Manager in the list.
4. Start or restart the service.
5. Go back to Control Panel and try uninstalling Zoobly again.
